Eligible Categories for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are available only for the following categories:

• 👕 Clothes
• 💊 Pharmacy

Food and Grocery items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Request Time

Customers must request a return or refund within 48 hours after delivery of the order.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must not be damaged, broken, altered, or tampered with
• Original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

Items returned with physical damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

Refund or return requests will not be accepted if:

• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product is damaged or broken by customer misuse
• Product packaging is missing or damaged
• Product has been used, opened, or altered
• Wrong usage caused product malfunction

Inspection Process

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it carefully.

If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed.

If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return request may be rejected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund instructions will be shared by our support team.

Replacement Option

Where applicable, customers may choose product replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).
